Giraf
Full-stack platform & scaling
Giraf was a social network I joined as first engineer, building the complete microservice stack from an empty repository and scaling it to 110,000 users inside its first year. Product, backend and infrastructure were one job. The experience of taking something from zero to real consumer scale, owning every layer, that now informs how I build my own ventures.
- Built the full microservice stack from zero
- Scaled to 110K users in year one
- Owned product, backend and infrastructure

- Co-invented ChainLocks, consensus tech later reused across $350B+ of projects
- Architected DAPI, the decentralised API layer, and led wallet & SDK teams
- Ran crisis response on critical security disclosures
RWA protocol
